AuthentiGATE provides complete admission solutions to events of any size across North America. As a part of their offerings, they provide employee and accreditation management services to clients such as the Western Fair District in London, Canada and the CNE in Toronto, to name a few.
AuthentiGATE engaged with Dattivo to re-engineer and consolidate their accreditation (badges), scheduling and punch-clock systems. Dattivo delivered a custom web application to create and manage employees’ schedules and punch-clock data, in addition to badge and credential management for vendors and staff. The delivered system was also integrated with their existing software and hardware infrastructure (scanners, point of sales, etc.).
This project began with an examination of the three existing systems and the design of how they were to be combined into a single platform. The diversity of each of AuthentiGATE’s clients was accounted for in the re-design and re-engineering process. This has enabled staff from each of their clients to access and manage their own data within a single consolidated interface.
